SIWI’s online Water in Communications programme seeks to improve knowledge about water and the skills needed to communicate effectively about water.

The programme provides inspirational keynote presentations, discussions and practical insights to give you the knowledge and skills you need to broaden your reach and empower people to make better decisions about water.

2024 programme highlights
- For the first time, all sessions will be simultaneously translated into Spanish.
- We’ll be holding several practical sessions, including media training.
- Interactive masterclass session with Anders Sahlman, Science Communicator and Presentation Coach.

Each workshop will start at 2pm CEST (Stockholm time). To enable participants from all over the world to join, the online workshops are recorded to allow all registrants to view the workshops at a later date.

The programme is an integral part of SIWI’s annual World Water Week. This year’s World Water Week will be held online and in Stockholm, 25-29 August 2024 and will be based on the theme of Bridging Borders: Water for a Peaceful and Sustainable Future.
