In Chile, Grundfos employees are reaching out to families affected by the significant fire that occurred on February 3rd in the city of Viña Del Mar, through the TECHO foundation for Chile.
At Haywards Heath Rugby Club in Kent, employees from Grundfos Water Mill Ltd. have been involved with the local sports club at Whitemans Green for over 30 years, with 4 colleagues members since childhood. In this time many have played, coached, volunteered or taken active participation in the social activities run by the club. The run-down old Clubhouse is no longer fit for purpose and lacks inclusive facilities, discriminating against girls, women and people with disabilities.
The future building will be accessible, encouraging wider participation in sport and use of the facilities especially amongst girls, women and the disabled. Community outreach activities to reach new audiences, such men’s wellbeing seminars and local school engagement, will be publicised and expanded.

How to apply for a Community Engagement Grant
There are two ways to engage with the Community Engagement Grants:
- Employees of Grundfos and Grundfos companies can apply for funding on behalf of their local community partner. Grundfos employees can access the application through Insite (internal use only) and employees across Grundfos companies (including sub-brands such as Wuxi, DAB, or Peerless) can reach out to Jesper Richter Rasmussen, Community Grant coordinator.
- Local NGOs and community organisations can get in touch with their local Grundfos company to identify how you can work together. Then, an employee or Grundfos or a Grundfos company can apply for funding. Global list of Grundfos Group sales companies.
The next deadlines are April 22nd and June 24th.
