Changes in the Board of Directors

The Foundation’s Board of Directors will change, as three of the board members (Jens Bager, Ingelise Bogason and Anne-Birgitte Albrechtsen) have decided to step down from the Board. The reason is disagreement on the Foundation’s strategy. The Board of Directors, consisting of 12 members, will elect a new Chairman and Vice Chairman in the near future.

Furthermore, the Foundation has begun a process to identify three new board members. This work is expected to be completed within three months.
